COVID-19 Safety Precautions

We have all been affected by the disruption resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. As of June 3, 2020, we will re-open for limited hours for cryotherapy and Normatec compression sessions only. You may make an appointment online or call 302.502.3160 during our adjusted business hours. We cannot accept any walk-in appointments.

As we reopen, we want to assure you that we are prioritizing the safety of our staff and clients.

Personal Health: Our staff has strictly adhered to social distancing guidelines and has remained healthy and symptom free. If you have any flu-like symptoms (fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, coughing) within 72 hours of your appointment, please cancel or reschedule. We will also take your temperature with a contactless thermometer upon your arrival.

Staggered Schedule/Check In: We are taking measures to limit the number of people in our office at any time, including limiting appointments. Please call the office from your car when you arrive for your appointment. We will arrange to meet you at our office door. This process will reduce contact with others in the waiting room or checking out, and will allow thorough disinfection between clients.

Paperless Intake Process: We no longer will have new client information/waivers . Please review the information in Before Your First Appointment to ensure you agree prior to scheduling your appointment with us. Feel free to contact our staff if you have any questions.

Personal Protection: Masks are required for admittance into the Pike Creek Medical Building. Staff and clients must also wear masks while in the Peak office. We will provide handwashing stations and are well stocked with hand sanitizer.

Cleaning: We continue to provide robes, socks and gloves that are laundered after each client. The reception is disinfected hourly and has a HEPA air purifier system to improve air quality.

Group Appointments: Only clients who have been confined together during the shelter-at-home orders should schedule appointments 

at the same time.
